64-bit Windows on Arm (17125.rs4_release_prs.180315-1454)

Validated with a Pi3B+ as well. Very limited - needs a kernel debugger just to boot.

But if you want to try, make sure all MBR-partitioned devices in the system use unique MBR disk identifiers, or you will get error 0xc0000225 (The Boot Configuration Data for your PC is missing or contains errors.)

You will need arm64 WinDbg (from Insider Preview EWDK). Enable initial break-in using Ctrl-Alt-K.

System should boot to a single cmd.exe window after quite a bit of nothing.
